Cawsand

9/83 Treetops and No. 98

GV II

Pair of attached houses. Circa 1800 with some C20 alterations. Rubble, painted,
asbestos slate roof with brick gable end stack to left.
Pair of double depth plan attached houses; each with 2 rooms, one room wide, and with
paired doorways to the adjoining central passages.
3 storeys and 2 windows, all C20 PVC sashes, central paired doorcase with pilasters
with Greek key decoration: panelled and glazed door to Treetops to left, 4-panelled
door to No. 98 to right, plain cornice on brackets.
Interior: not accessible.
