GV II
Coach house. Circa early-mid C19 extended later C19. Killas rubble with dressed
granite quoins and lintels. Asbestos slate and corrugated asbestos roofs with gable
ends. Brick chimney over side wall, left, and to gable end of later wing, right.
Originally single-cell plan with accommodation over. Extended later C19 with further
coach house to right with roof at right angles, single-storey extension in front of
original doorway, and 2 storey addition to left of rear.
Original south east front with large brick arched doorway (obscured by single-storey
extension to ground floor). Original 16-pane to first floor right within slate-hung
stud wall. Ledge and braced double doors to ground floor, right, and towards left of
extension to front. Extension set back to left has doorway to ground floor and 12-
pane 2-light casement to middle of weather-boarded first floor.
