Cottage C17/C18 extended slightly C20. Rendered cobwalls. L shaped asbestos slate
roof with hip to left corner, large external stack with irregularly disposed offsets
to gable end right and painted brick chimney to gable end of wing. One room plan
plus small 1 room, rear wing. 2 storeys. Irregular, 1 window south front. C20, 2-
light casements. Doorway to left within C20 partly glazed porch with cusped
bargeboard. Single storey extension with window and door, left.
Interior is very simple and retains some old beams. Main fireplace partly blocked.
A rare surviving example of a one room plan house.
