The description shall be amended to read:

House. Early C19 said to be of C18 origin. Painted slatestone rubble with
hipped scantle slate roofs. Rendered stack over side wall right and to
left rear. Originally 2 room, double depth plan plus wing to rear right
and converted 2 storey former boathouse possibly originally a pilchard cellar
to left built into cliff. 2 storeys. 2 window nearly symmetrical west front.
16-pane hornless sashes.

Central aoorway with 6-panel door, cambered brick arches and slate sills.

Central doorway with 6-panel door, cambered brick arches and slate sills.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
