House. Probably late C18. Painted render with some freestone dressings and
asbestos slate, hipped roof and brick chimneys over side walls. Double depth,
central stair plan. 2-storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3-window front, central doorway,
panelled door with thin, rectangular overlight. Flanking ground floor windows and 3
first floor windows are all tripartite sashes of 12 panes with 4 pane sidelights.
Ground floor windows and doorway have flat arches with dressed stone voussoirs and
keyblocks. Original arch headed stair window to rear.
Interior retains many original features including dog leg stair, 2 panel doors and
ceiling cornices.
