1/23 Trelassick Cottage

GV II

Small house. Early C19. Shale rubble with granite quoins and dressings, rag slate
hipped roof with brick end chimneys. Off centre entrance to left, 2 rooms deep. 2
storey, 3 windows. Slightly arched openings with granite voussoirs and projecting
keystones. 12-paned sashes without horns. Taller window at rear to stairs.
Interior has dogleg stair approached from passage between front rooms. Original
back door from back kitchen to right of stair.
