House. Probably early C19. Colourwashed granite rubble; gabled C20 slate roof; granite end stacks. Two-unit central-staircase plan with later C19 outshut to rear. Two storeys; symmetrical three-window range. Granite lintels over C20 four-panelled door and horned four-pane sashes.

Interior not inspected.

One of a group of cottages in Dolphin Town, which lies to the east of the Church Of St. Nicholas (q.v.).
