Pair of estate cottages. Circa late C18. Rubble and cob walls, timber lintels. Dry
Delabole slate half hipped roof with central axial brick stacks.
Plan: Identical but mirror-image-plan pair of 1-room-plan estate cottages. Each
cottage has a service room and entrance lobby in a single-storey lean-to behind a
front parapet (at either end). Later C19 lean-to at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window south front with doorways at far left and
right. Circa early C20 doors and windows in original openings. Ledged doors. 12-
pane 2-light casements.
Interior: Not inspected.
