Shop with accommodation, in terrace, originally one of pair of identical houses.
Circa mid C19. Textured grout over stucco. Asbestos slate roof with shared brick
chimney over left-hand party wall.
Plan of shop to front and accommodation behind.
2 storeys. 2-window east road front. Horned sashes, narrow window, one of pair with
No 72, right. Rusticated quoin strip at left and mid floor band with moulded
cornice, continuing along houses to right. Circa mid C19 6-light shopfront with
simple entablature to fascia and pilaster with plinth and moulded capital at either
end. Lights have basket arches springing from small capitals. Further light within
splayed doorway with deeply recessed 6-panel door with overlight.
Interior not inspected.
