Small house. Probably C18. Painted stone rubble and cob walls, slate sills, wooden lintels. Cedar shingle roof with brick chimneys over gable ends, external stack, right.
Plan of parlour, left, with stair behind and kitchen/living-room, right, with shallow service room behind within possibly original outshut.
2 storeys with first floor sills resting on ground floor lintels. Irregular 2-window north-east front. Circa late C18 early C19 12-pane 2-light horizontal sliding sashes. Doorway within C20 lean-to porch, left of middle.
Interior not inspected.
Manaccan is a village with houses situated irregularly around a square and this is the only house built within the square.
