Rectory for the Church of St Ruan, circa early-C19 wing on north with larger
circa mid-C19 south block at right angles, extending to the west and east to
form T-shape. Stuccoed stone with asbestos slate hipped roofs to both blocks.
Rendered chimneys over lateral walls. Early-C19 wing: 2 storeys, almost
symmetrical. Remodelled in mid-C19 to form 2 window east front with partly
glazed C19 entrance door on left and tall, 12-pane sash window (without horns)
to right, extending from floor to ceiling. Two 16-pane sash windows (without
horns) above ground floor openings. Tall rendered brick stack at north hipped
gable end. C19 wing: taller than earlier wing. 2 storeys, 2 blind windows on
north-east front. East front, with tall 24-pane sash window (without ears) on
ground floor extending from floor to ceiling with 16-pane sash window (without
ears) directly above. South facade, symmetrical, 3 window front with 2 tall 24-
pane sash windows (without ears) on ground floor extending from floor to ceiling
and blind window between. First floor, three 16-pane sash windows (2 on left
without ears) above ground floor windows. Interior not inspected.
