House. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond brick with
semi-basement of rusticated stone; mansard slate roof and
rendered stacks.
2 storeys with basement and attic; 2-windowed. 4 steps rise to
6-panelled door with semicircular fanlight set in deeply
recessed surround with moulded architrave and hood on small
brackets with delicate leaf ornament. Stone lintels with
guilloche ornament over 12-pane sashes, those to first floor
set on band interrupted at centre (as is plat band below) by
position of former oriel, removed mid C20 and blocked with
brickwork and 3-light casement. 2-light casements set in
flat-roofed dormers with slate cheeks.
