Commercial building, formerly public house. Early C19.
Rendered, slate roof. 3 storeys and basement, 3 windows, all
sashes in reveals and with stone sills; 12-pane at second
floor, and 16-pane to ground and first floors. Centred to
ground floor is a pair of panelled doors under a transom
light, in reveals. A cellar access opening in the pavement to
the right. There are a very small plinth, moulded cornice with
blocking course and coped parapet, and end stacks.
