the description shall be amended to read:

House. Early and mid C19.Timber framed and plastered with hipped pegtiled
roof.Red brick stack on centre line of south flank wall.First floor has 3
double hung sash windows with moulded surrounds and margin glazing bars.Ground
floor has to south end a simple door surround with flat hood and further double
hung sash with moulded surround and margin glazing bars. Two further sashes
with horns and margin glazing to left replace an early C19 shopfront. One
storey former outbuilding to rear with C20 casements. Interior retains early
C19 central beam and wall framing with diagonal braces. Listed for group value.
