Pair of cottages. Probably early C19. Uncoursed rubble, painted white, slate
roof. Shallow double-depth plan, each cottage single-fronted. Two low
storeys and 1+1 bays, symmetrical; coupled doorways in the centre, with
plain surrounds; small 4-pane sashed windows with exposed boxes, those at
1st floor breaking into the eaves; gable chimneys. Interior: direct entry
into very small front room, staircase rising from back room.
