Four windows overall, casements. Left hand end is recessed and contains
external stone stairs to first floor door. Ground floor shop windows set
back inside the building. Slurried slate hipped roof. Group value,


Rose Lodge Studio, The Copper Kettle Wimpey Bar, Mayfield and Bookshop,
all form a group.
