Includes Nos 1 and 3 Back Road West. C18/19 cottages grouped around central
courtyard. Rubble, slate hung above ground floor. Sash windows, no glazing
bars, in moulded cases. Glazed door. Slurried slate roofs. The outside
elevations are not slate hung and No 6 and Beach Cottage face the beach
and have modern two storey bay windows and balcony. Group value.
