C18/19 cottages. Stone rubble and brick, slate hung second floor. Three
windows, sashes, glazing bars. Steps up to first floor doors with plain
rectangular fanlights. Garage entrance through ground floor right.
Slurried slate roof, with gable ends. Group value.

Nos 25 and 27, and Nos 6 and 8 Hick's Court, form a group.
