Description

TINTAGEL
SX 08 NE
Outbuilding to east of North Truas
4/164 Farmhouse
GV II

Outbuilding. Circa early C20. Slate stone rubble. Slate roof with hipped ends.
Rectangular plan with wide entrance on front facing grassed court. Segmental arched
opening with dressed stone arch.
Forms part of an interesting group with 2 contemporary farmhouses, probably built by
the same architect on the west and south (qv East Truas Farmhouse and North Truas
Farmhouse, Truas). Each of these buildings face inwards onto a grassed courtyard.
To the south west is the earlier farmhouse which is now disused (qv Disused Farmhouse
to south west of North and East farmhouses at Truas).
