House. C18. Painted granite rubble with granite dressings. Asbestos slate roof
with dressed granite chimneys over the gable ends. Eaves heightened circa late C18
or early C19.
Plan: L-shaped plan. 2 rooms at the front with probably lobby entrance and stair
between the rooms. Integral pantry outshut behind the right-hand room. Later lean-to
on the right window opening enlarged in the C20 to create a doorway (no other front
doorway). Old 4-pane casement on the right with late-C19 or early C20 4-pane horned
sash over. Left-hand end has projecting gable end of former roof level.
Exterior: 2 storeys.
