Pair of attached houses. Mid - late C19 with few later alterations. Slatestone
rubble with brick dressings. Slate roof with crested ridge tiles and gable ends.
Gable end stacks and axial stack with brick shafts.
Plan: Pair of attached houses; each house is of 2-room plan, with one room to front
and rear; each has a room at the inner side, heated from the axial stack, with the
entrance at the outer end of the front. Sunrise is to right, and the house attached
is to left.
Exterior: 2 storeys; the pair of houses have a symmetrical 4-window front. All
windows are original C19 4-pane sashes with cambered brick arches and brick jambs.
Ground floor to right and left a C19 4-panelled door with overlight and cambered
brick arch and brick jambs.
Interior: Not inspected.
