- about 3 metres south east of south
porch of Church of St Sampson

Headstone. C18. Slate. Nowy head, with incised pilasters to sides, which are
continued as an incised border to the nowy head. Motto at the base: Remember Death.
Primitive Gothic lettering, in the same style as the monuments to Rundall and Avery
(q.v.) with heading "In Memory". To Mary Miechel, 1770.
