Small house. Circa mid C19. Faced granite roughly coursed with granite dressings.
Grouted scantle slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable ends.
Plan: 2 room plan with central lobby and stair.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window north-east front with central doorway.
Panelled door. Circa late C19 horned sashes each with 4 panes except first floor
right with 12-panes following original glazing pattern.
Interior: not inspected.
