House and former barn to rear. Late C18 with C19 extension to rear. Painted
rendered walls. Graduated greenslate roof with shaped bargeboards to left;
rendered chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays of double span, with barn to rear
forming overall L-shape. Plank door in painted stone surround. Sash windows
with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds. End wall left has C19 sash
windows in painted chamfered surrounds. Barn has whitewashed rubble walls under
graduated greenslate roof, facing onto former farmyard behind Berkeley Cottage.
Plank door and C20 door with further blocked doorway. Sash windows with glazing
bars. Enlarged garage doorway to right and another doorway with loft door
above. Has G.V. with Berkeley Cottage adjoining to right.
