House. Probably C17 or early C18, with C19 additions. Painted rendered clay
walls on ground floor with large projecting footing stones, raised in height
with brick in C19; slate roof, brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 bays, kitchen
extension outshut to front. At left, lower end bay of East End Cottage now form
part of this property. Sash windows with glazing bars in painted
stone surrounds, 3-pane sashes above. Outshut has side plank door in wooden
surround and small casement window at front. Plank door and small casement
window to left are under common roof with East End Cottage. Listed partly for
G.V. with The Post Office.
