Stone ashlar, 2 storeys, modillioned cornice, hipped roof. Centre steps up to
4-centred arched entrance with iron railings and gates, a Tudor-arched window at
each side, and 3 rectangular windows above with labels. Right hand return side,
facing the river Cocker, has 2 long windows with labels, and a higher 3-storeyed
rear wing.
Nos 2 and 4 and Nos 12 to 28 (even) form a group.
