House with shop. Early C19. Rubble, rendered throughout, Welsh slate roof with
red ridge tiles. 2 storeys. Tall end stack to left. 2 windows range: 1st
floor windows with raised stone surrounds, 12-pane sashes in reveals. Mid-C19
shop front with pilasters and moulded cornice, the shop door set to right side.
Panelled door in surround to house to right. This building was originally
listed as part of item 1/77 (no 40-46, even).
