Early C19. 2 storeys, Jointed ashlar to ground floor, roughcast above, with quoins,
band at eaves level. 2 of the 3 doors have traceried fanlights. 3 sash windows
on ground floor and 6 above, all in moulded stone frames (no 7 has glazing bars
removed, and upper architraves removed). Left hand return side of No 5 faces the
north side of Derwent Bridge House.

Nos 5 to 19 (odd) Nos 21 to 27 (odd) and Derwent Bridge House form a group with
Derwent Bridge.
