Pair of attached houses. Circa late C18, with some alterations of C19 and C20.
Slatestone rubble with Pentewan stone dressings and quoins. Partly rendered. Hipped
concrete tiled roof. End stack with brick shaft to left and right.
Plan: Pair of attached houses with Ebb Tide to left and Portheast to right. Each
house has one room to front and rear with paired central entrances.
Exterior: 3 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front overall. Ground floor has two C20
half-glazed doors, the doorway to left with a C19 Gothic glazed overlight. Large C19
16-pane sash to left and smaller C19 16-pane sash to right with cambered arches.
First and second floors have three C19 16-pane sashes with cambered stone arches.
The right end is blind; rubble. The left end is rendered at upper level. At the
rear there is a C20 window at ground and first floor to left and small single storey
C20 addition to centre.
Interior: Not inspected.
