House. Mid - late C19 with few later alterations. Slatestone rubble with brick
dressings and granite quoins. Hipped slate roof with ridge tiles. Axial stack with
brick shaft.
Plan: 2-room plan, with entrance off-centre to right; larger room to left and smaller
room to right, each heated from back-to-back fireplaces from the axial stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, nearly symmetrical 2-window front. C20 12-pane sash with brick
segmental arch and brick jambs at ground and first floor to left and right. C20 door
off-centre to right with brick segmental arch and brick jambs. The left end is
blind. The right end has C20 plank door with brick segmental arch and brick jambs to
right. At the rear there is a C20 window with timber lintel at first floor to
centre; first floor to right a C20 12-pane sash with brick segmental arch and brick
jambs.
