Two cottages, now one. C17. Square-panelled timber-framing with
brick nogging to first floor, dressed limestone to ground floor,
thatched roof with half-hip to right and hip to left, brick stacks.
Baffle entry plan. Single storey and attic, 2 windows, to entrance
front facing away from street. C20 porch and 3-light casement to
right, C20 two-light casements to left. Attic dormers with 2-light
casements. Rear facing street has two 2-light recessed chamfered
mullioned casements to ground floor, attic has long eyebrow dormer
to right with 2-light casements, one 2-light casement to eyebrow
dormer to left. Right return has flat-roofed C20 extension with
C20 casements. Interior said to have blocked open fireplaces,
chamfered beams with runout stops.
