Detached cottage. Late C17. Flint and limestone, thatched roof
with axial brick stack. Baffle-entry plan. Single-storey and
attic, 2-window. Central planked door with thatched porch, 3-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casement with hoodmould either side.
Two eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements to attic. Right return
wall is chalk with two small blocked windows to ground floor and
single casement to rendered attic. Rear has 3-light mullioned
casement with hoodmould to left, planked door in gabled porch to
right, two eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements to attic. Left
return has lean-to extension. Interior not accessible at time of
survey (February 1986).
