Cottage with attached former schoolroom. C18 with mid Cl9
schoolroom. Dressed limestone with flint, half-hipped thatched
roof with brick stack to right, schoolroom has Welsh slate roof and
ashlar bellcote to north gable. Cottage at right angles to village
green. Two-storey, 5-windowed south front to cottage. Planked
door to right of centre, 2-light casement to right and two 2-light
casements to left. First floor has three 2-light and two single
light casements. Attached to right is single storey Cl9 outhouse
with planked door and two 4-pane sashes. Schoolroom attached to
rear has external brick stack with planked door in stone chamfered
case to right, three 8-pane sashes to left, north gable has coped
verge and ashlar bellcote. Interior not accessible at time of
survey (September 1985).
