Outbuilding. Mid-C18. Coursed rubble limestone with gritstone dressings, quoins,
concrete tiled roof. T-plan. Two storeys at east end, single storey at west end.
Three quoined doorways with heavy lintels and two first floor openings, one a
taking-in door, the other glazed. Listed for group value only.
