Cottage.Early to mid C18,with C19 addition.Rendered cob with wheat straw thatched roof,hipped to right.Rendered end stack.Rendered addition with gable-ended C20 asbestos-slate roof.Plan:C18 cottage facing south.Principal larger room to left with integral end stack,and unheated smaller room to right.Roughly central entrance,probably leading into right-hand end of larger room.C19 addition to left.Two storeys with one storey later addition.Exterior:Mid to late C19 two-light wooden casements;ground-and first-floor three-light casements to left and first-floor two-light casement to right.Central C19 boarded door with beaded wooden frame.C19 gabled rendered timber porch.Buttress to right.C19 addition to right with two-light wooden casement and C20 glazed door.Ground-floor two-light wooden casement in right-hand end wall of C18 part and ground-floor two-light wooden casement and raking buttress to rear.Interior not inspected.
