TM 02 SE FRATING FRATING HILL

6/37 Hill Farmhouse

House. C17 front range, C20 rear wing. Timber framed and plastered. Red
plain tiled roof. Left off centre and right external red brick chimney stacks.
One storey and attics. 3 gabled dormers with C19 2 light casements. 3
vertically sliding sashes with glazing bars. Off centre left 4 panelled door,
simple surround. Internally stop chamfered bridging joists are exposed and
parts of the main frame. Vertically boarded doors with original ironmongery.
