stone base at left-hand end.
Plan: 2-room plan, left-hand room heated by end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front of C20 2 and 3-light casements.
C20 plank door at centre behind open trellis-work porch. C18 or C19 1-storey
outbuilding at left-hand end.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey.
