TQ 99 NE SOUTHMINSTER OFF BURNHAM ROAD

GV II

House. C15/C16 rear wings, C18 front range with C19 facing. Timber framed and
plastered. Red brick facing to front range, this with half hipped red plain
tiled roof. Stone canopy to parapet. Off centre left red brick chimney stack.
2 storeys and attics. 4 window range of early C20 casements. C18 door surround,
half rounded columns, moulded semi-circular arch, moulded frieze, reveal panels.
Interior. Moulded surrounds to 6 panelled doors. 2 C18 fire surrounds,
moulded panelling over. Panelled cupboards. Moulded cornice, moulded skirtings
and dados. Moulded segmental arches to alcove. H and L hinges to some doors.
6 panelled kitchen door with moulded surround. Original rear wings with heavy
chamfered bridging joists and flat ceiling beams. Later applied jowl to storey
post. Some exposed wall studs.
