(Formerly Listed as:
SUTTON ROAD, Sutton Poyntz
No.99)

House at end of row; previously described as No.99, but this
is now a separate property to the rear. Early C18, raised and
refenestrated early C19. Coursed rubble, brick stack, thatch
roof. A small cottage, previously in continuous thatched row,
but those immediately N rebuilt in late C20.
One-and-a-half storeys, 1-window front; all windows are
small-pane early casements. The front to the stream has a
2-light eyebrow dormer above a 3-light, and, to the left, a
plank door. Beyond this, to the left, a blocked door opening.
The left gable, with square stack, has a 2-light casement to
concrete lintel first floor and wood lintel ground floor. The
profile of an earlier roof level shows clearly on this wall,
indicating a very small original cottage. At the back is a
single light.
INTERIOR not inspected.
