House, now 2 dwellings. Early - mid C18 with probable earlier origins and
with later additions and alterations. Pinkish-brown brick in Flemish bond
with ashlar and red brick dressings, plain tile roof with lower 2 rows of
stone slates. Probably original lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Red
brick quoins. Entrance in centre bay a C19 part-glazed door with overlight
within porch. Evidence of further blocked entrance to right. 8-pane sashes
with horns throughout with quoined brick jambs under flat arches of rubbed
brick and with ashlar keystones and sills. Further blocked first-floor
opening. Cogged eaves band. Brick and ashlar coping to left gable, roof
hipped to right. Ridge stack.
