House, late C18 altered early-mid C19. Coursed herringbone-tooled sandstone
with vertically-tooled band. Pantiled roof with stone coping and kneeler, brick
stack. 2 storeys and attic, 1 wide bay. Right replacement 6-panel door under
cornice hood on brackets. Left on both floors margined sashes with projecting
cills. First floor band; coved eaves course. Square-headed dormer with
Yorkshire sash. Broad coping on shaped kneeler, and chimney at left. Included
for group value.
