House, circa 1840. Coursed sandstone with fine herringbone tooling. Pantiled
roof with stone ridge, copings, kneelers and stacks. Flat-iron corner at right.
2 storeys, attic and basement, 3 bays. 3 steps up to near-central 4-panel door,
with overlight, in doorcase of pilasters and open pediment: cast-iron handrails.
At either side a 16-pane sash; and an inserted glazed door at far right. First
floor two 16-pane sashes, and a 12-pane sash at right. Large modern dormer.
Moulded kneelers; cornice banded end chimneys.
