Circa 1861 formerly 'the Belvidere' and later St Peter's School. Elizabethan style. Irregular four bay range with belvedere at east end and recessed Dutch gabled range with rear extensions; one bay return to West Park. Three storeys, attics and basement. Hipped slated roof, entrance bay with Dutch gable. Grit stone ashlar with cornice and pierced parapet. Floor strings. Battlemented tourelle on corner. Four storey belvedere with ogee roof and crested treatment to blocking course. Battlemented stacks. Mostly two-light windows; entrance bay with segmental bowed window rising through first and second floors and flanking first floor bays with splayed bay windows with quatrefoil pierced parapets and aprons. Gothic porte cochere with four centred arched openings and enriched spandrels.
