1881-18886. Built by George Dawson. Crescent of 3 storey houses with 2 windows each. Semi-
basement. Slated roofs with bracketted eaves. Grit stone ashlar. Sill bands.
Recessed sash windows with plain surrounds; splayed bays to ground floor; each
pair linked by slated, tented canopy with carved eaves band. Raised entrances
with fanlight and panelled doors.
Nos 3 to 29 (odd) form a group.
