House and attached outbuilding, now garage. c1800. Squared limestone with
brick eaves course; pantile roof with brick stacks. Central-entry plan, l 1/2
rooms deep. 2-storey, 2-window front with single-storey outbuilding to
left. 4-panel door with 20-pane sashes with painted stone sills throughout.
Painted, roughly tooled lintels to ground-floor openings and painted timber
lintels to first floor. End stacks. Interior: boxed stairs to rear of
ground-floor room to left.
