(Incorporates former No 9). Row of 4 cottages, now 2 dwellings. Late C18 or
early C19. Coursed squared tooled sandstone. Pantiled roof with stone trim and
brick stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays in all, wide proportions. C20 doors. Sash
windows with glazing bars in wood box frames (except for two C20 ground floor
windows in original openings). Swept roof with stone copings and moulded
kneelers, centre and end chimneys.
