House, now shop and offices. Early C19 with later alterations. Stucco with painted stone dressings and concrete tile roof. Three storeys and two bays. C20 shop front with recessed central entrance to ground floor. Above two full-height unequally hung fifteen-pane sashes on plain sill band. Above again two unequally-hung plate-glass sashes with projecting sills. Bracketed timber cornice. Brick end stack left. Included for group value only.
