House, now shop and offices. Mid C19 with C20 alterations. Red brick with gauged
brick and stone dressings, slate roof. Three storeys and 2 bays. C20 shop front
to full width of ground floor. Two blocked first-floor windows. Above 2 plate--
glass sashes. All windows with projecting stone sills and gauged brick flat arches
with keystones. Stepped and cogged eaves band. No stacks. Included for group
value only.
