Farmhouse. Mid-late C18. Coursed, squared sandstone, Welsh slate roof. Two storeys with attics, three bays, double depth. Wallstone plinth. Central C20 part-glazed door has ashlar surround with plinth blocks and keystone with ledge. Flanking C20 casements have sills flush with plinth and flat arches with keystones. Four-pane sashes to first floor with projecting sills and keyed flat arches. Twin roof with shaped kneelers, chamfered gable copings and truncated ashlar end stacks. Attached wing wall on right with shaped copings masks pantiled lean-to. Left return: small attic window on right gable has keystone; similar window to opposite gable.

Interior: front staircase with slender, square balusters; rear service stair in stone.
