Farmbuilding. Probably late medieval with C17 additions and C19 alterations. Limestone rubble, sheet asbestos roof. Low two-storey, three-cell range. Large quoins. Earliest part of range on left has external stone steps in front of a quoined, round-headed slit window; first-floor doorway with similar slit window on its left, its head masked by cement render. Rest of range has two shallow-arched doorways and another with wooden lintel. First-floor door with ledge has small window on left and altered two-light double-chamfered window on right.

Rear: older part has one blocked, round-headed slit window and the head of another built into the walling. Right return: end wall of C17 addition has a blocked two-light double-chamfered window under dripstone to each floor, dripstones cut back.

Interior: single-celled medieval part has thicker walls; C17, two-cell part has original floor structures with large-scantling chamfered twin spine beams; C19 roof structure.
